is anyone familiar with works suite 99?
I recently upgraded to windows xp and i am trying to put
works suite 99 on my computer. when i start the install
an error message pops up

16-Bit Windows Subsystem
c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT
The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and
Microsoft Windows Applications. Press Close to terminate
installiation.

After that Works suite install program pops up and says it
failed to install. Might be due to insufficent space or
antivirus program. For one I dont have antivirus and I
know I have enough space.

does anyone know what the deal is?
