Respected all,
I'm having following issue with Works Spreadsheet 9.0, clean installed on
Windows 7 Pro and Windows XP Pro.
Cyrillic support isn't working when I fill some of the cells. I'm using a
Macedonian/Bulgarian/Serbian Cyrillic keyboard layout. When I start typing it
shows the characters and after moving to a new cell they shows as a question
marks and some unrecognizable characters.
Found some solutions on the forums but no success. Change Regional settings
to Macedonian/Bulgarian/Serbian, but no luck. Installed Cyrillic font it’s
working but that solution isn’t acceptable for now.
If anyone have some suggestions please share it.

You're probably out of luck with this in Works. The spreadsheet and
database only support characters in the current code page. The word
processor handles this correctly because it uses UNICODE characters (a newer
technology).

Excel also uses UNICODE, so it handles this scenario gracefully.

You need the Russian version of Works 9 in order to use Cyrillic letters in spreadsheet or database, or save/open the files with Cyrillic names.

Any older version of Works should be good too.
